Victor is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Mexico (nationwide).
Victor graduated from the LL.M. program at the University of Texas School of Law. After attending UT Law, Victor was hired as international associate at Dorantes O’Loughlin Inc., where he provided legal services for U.S. corporations doing business in Mexico and counseled foreign companies regarding Latin America and foreign investment provisions. During his professional career in Mexico, Victor was an associate attorney at several premium law firms, advising clients on major infrastructure projects, corporate, cross-border and real estate transactions.
Prior to his attendance at the University of Texas, Victor received his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. Additionally, He holds a post-graduate diploma in corporate law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (“ITAM”), and he recently completed the Credential of Readiness course (Business/Managerial Economics) from HBX | Harvard Business School.
