Ron Finck had a 34 year career in Commodity Trading and Risk Management prior to transitioning into residential real estate. He is armed with a background that demanded attention to detail, command of market values and trends, understanding the importance of timeliness and decisiveness, as well as the art of negotiation. All of these translate well into today’s real estate market, and along with Ron’s focus on exceptional customer service, position him to provide all his clients with the best possible experience whether buying or selling a home. His experience in relocating many times over the course of his business career provides him the understanding and the needs of those in transition, and allows him to provide substantive information and services to his clients.
Ron and his wife Julie have been residents of Royal Oaks since 2013, and have a vested interest in the community. He is currently serving on the House Committee of Royal Oaks Country Club, previously having served on the Wine Committee. He is active in promoting literacy causes, reading to children with Read Houston Read, sorting books for Books Between Kids, and supporting the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation which his wife serves as President.
Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a cognate in Finance from the University of Illinois. He enjoys golfing and bicycling, as well as collecting fine wines.
