When it comes to real estate, Tommy Kanarellis has done it all. As
the former owner of a mortgage company that funded residential and commercial
loans, he understands the financial commitment involved for buyers and sellers
in their real estate transactions. Being on the financial side of the home
buying equation gifted Tommy with a deep understanding of the financial

Organized, efficient, reliable, meticulous, detail oriented, and always responsive, Tommy is driven to succeed in any endeavor he undertakes. He thrives on the fast pace and unique challenges of real estate transactions. “No two days or two deals are alike and you are continuously meeting new people and learning something new,” he states. “You can be in this business for 20 years and still be learning.” Tommy wasn’t born in Houston, but he got here as fast as he could. Originally from Santa Barbara and raised in Singapore, Tommy moved with his family to Katy when he was 12 years old and graduated from Taylor High School. He attended the UT Austin and returned in 2003 to settle permanently in Houston.
A dedicated volunteer for worthy causes, Tommy is a Lifetime Ambassador for Texas Children’s Hospital. His additional commitments include Dachshund Rescue of Houston and Dec My Room. Tommy is a steward of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Houston. He is also a member of Watch Enthusiasts of New York (WENY), a private, by-invitation-only social club founded in 2005 for watch collectors. He enjoys cooking with his family and friends, traveling and snow skiing.

After graduating from Colgate University with a degree in International Relations, Gordana worked as an Operations Manager for several international oil companies in New York and Houston. The fast paced oil industry demanded strong organizational and problem solving skills, as well as strong customer relations, paving the way for Gordana’s second career in residential real estate.
Now a full time Realtor® Associate, she treats her clients like family, making them her top priority. Keaon came to the City of Houston when he was 10 years old, growing up in Bellaire and graduating from St. Pius. He attended Bryant University in Rhode Island on a full football scholarship, but decided he preferred academics to flag patterns and gave it up to pursue economics at the University of Houston. Before coming to Carnan, he was in energy investment banking, served as Captain at the award-winning restaurant Pass & Provisions, and was the bourbon steward- aka whiskey sommelier- at the Four Seasons. In his free time, you can find Keaon enjoying a fine meal, attending spirit tastings, or challenging himself with active outdoor experiences.
